However, material choice may vary depending on project requirements, availability, and client preferences.
VS Waterproofing & Constructions is not responsible for manufacturer defects in third-party materials.
5. Payments
- Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule in the quotation or contract.
- Late payments may result in project delays or additional charges.
- All payments are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has commenced.
6. Project Timelines
We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeline.
However, delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen conditions.
We will inform clients promptly of any changes to the schedule.
7. Warranty and Liability
- Warranty details will be provided in the work agreement (depending on service type and materials used).
- Our warranty does not cover damage caused by poor maintenance, structural movement, or external factors such as natural disasters.
- VS Waterproofing & Constructions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
8. Cancellations
Project cancellations must be made in writing.
If the project has already begun, the client may be responsible for costs incurred up to the date of cancellation (materials, labor, etc.).
